I had a phone interview with the hr first. Then, you will have an online interview with the managers. It was smooth, and the interviewers were nice and supportive. There were more questions regarding customer service and internal communication.
I wasn’t confident enough to answer some of the questions, so I didn’t get the job. But it seems like a good work environment to join from the vibe.
