I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Canarys Automations (Bengaluru) in Mar 2025
Interview
It was one of the worst interviews I ever had. The recruitment team and the interviewer didn't were themselves not clear who and what position they were hiring for. The interviewer seemed to be from SLT and blasted the recruitment team right in front of me saying he didn't have any idea about the interview and why was he assigned for L1 while he always took L2. Now, that was definitely not a good thing to happen in front of the candidate. They took almost 10 mins to sort this out while I was listening to their conversations.
Then the interview started and he never seemed to respect my experience at all and showing as if their company is the only company that does world class products. Definitely not a good way to conduct the interview
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Canarys Automations in Mar 2025
Interview
First I got a call from Mr. Arockia Chandana Kumar, then my interview was scheduled with Tech lead Kumar Saurabh, it was nice speaking with both of them, unlike some of the companies they were good in communication. They will ask each and everything only from the resume, so get ready to know each and everything that you mentioned in the resume.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Canarys Automations (Bangalore Rural) in Nov 2024
Interview
I attended an offline interview at Canary Bang and was informed later that I had cleared all the rounds. The HR team later shared details about the bond, salary, and company policies, which I acknowledged via email.
A few days after that, they collected scanned copies of my mark sheets, but since then, there has been no further communication regarding the offer letter or joining date. Despite multiple follow-ups with HR and the manager, I received no response.
This lack of communication has been disappointing, especially after investing time and effort in the process. Clear and timely updates would have been appreciated.
