Recruiter and first round interview. Recruiter was 15 minutes late to the phone call, didn't seem like they wanted to be there. First round interviewer basically asked multiple versions of a strength of mine and a weakness of mine, with follow-up questions to dive deep in to scenario. Barely left time for me to ask questions. Company seemed like a good fit for some, but not for me - didn't see anyone with healthcare billing expertise on the exec team.
