TLDR: For a company that touts to "redefine the candidate experience" on their website, however, this was an awful experience.
Cons:
-The process took over 3 and a half months
-The definition and criteria for success for the role varied depending on who I spoke to, as well as when I spoke to them.
- An executive raised concerns about my technical skills without reviewing a recording of the case study presentation (the technical assessment in the process)
- When they finally made me an offer it was for a different role with dramatically lower comp. They presented a plan to get me to the original title within 3-6 months.
- I made a counter offer and they came back letting me know they were hitting the reset button on the role
Pros:
- The Recruiter I worked with was sharp, professional and friendly
- Feedback on concerns was candid
