I applied online. I interviewed at Candivore in July 2025
Interview
Got home assessment with many methodologies questions that don’t reflect professional experience, but rather theoretical knowledge that isn’t relevant to the day to day job. But the worst part is, the last question required me to video and audio record myself, answering the question. Just, why? Very pointless, stressful and intrusive. Why not test me with that question in a remote/on-site interview? Oh, and it’s all in an interactive system (called Canditest) that very intrusively monitors your activity during the test - if, when and how many times you switched a tab or window, will be reported to the talent acquisition (and based on the fact that it has a Privacy Policy you must agree to prior access the assessment, who knows what else they dig on you). Did I mention each section in the assessment has it’s own short time limit to answer the questions?

Question 1
I’m not supposed to share the assessment questions, but let’s just say that memorizing the 7 layers OSI Model never helped me in my career.

Question 1
How do you make a decision regarding a feature suggestion to roadmap.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Candivore (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process for the Social Media Manager position was presented in three parts: 1) Phone interview: Fairly standard questions about work experience, salary expectations, etc. 2) Online assessment: This was a bit odd as the timed assessment was three-hours and was broken down into three sections. Tasks included planning a month-long social campaign, writing copy for assets that had been designed but not published yet, as well as a recorded video at the end reiterating your qualifications and some other prompts presented in the online segment. No breaks were allowed and prior knowledge of the product (in this instance their game) is required (fairly standard and applicants are prompted to play to a certain level to understand the application better before undertaking the online assessment). 3) A face-to-face interview at the main office where the daily life of the company is discussed, salary expectations are talked about again, etc.
