Interview
Quick, friendly, comforting, confident. One interview and then job offer. We walked around the property, introducing me to every part of the property while asking me questions along the way. It was more casual conversation. The manager cared about getting to know me to ensure that I would fit in with his culture and work style. It was very relaxed but serious enough for him to evaluate my values, work ethic, and skills.

the interview process was actually quick and easy. The people that interviewed me lied about how they were, how the office was, how everything would be. However, I did now know that until i started working there.
