Headhunter initially screened. Then met with MD and HR together. Required to present to leadership team panel. Follow-up with headhunter and company provided feedback via headhunter. There were long gaps in between interviews and feedback. The questions asked during the task / panel interview were awkward due to NDA. One question could not be answered for a legitimate reason that had nothing to do with competency - and negative feedvbs l was given for this.

Process was very smooth from start to finish. They communicated thoroughly at every stage and provided feedback and next steps within 1-3 days. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and engaging in the interviews and it was a 2-way conversation and not just rapid fire questions
