Easy interview with a 3 people-jury and typical questions on profile, strengths and weaknesses, some situational questions. Straightforward and easy process with predictable questions and easily answerable situational questions. As there are no HR people present, the whole interview process includes a lot of waiting (at the entrance, during the process, in between emails). The full process took 5 months.

The interview was very informal as it was only for a casual contract (90 business days), which allows the department manager to conduct his own interview without being obliged to conform to standard government procedures and screening.
