I applied online. I interviewed at Canndescent (Santa Barbara, CA) in July 2020
Interview
There was no interview. I signed up for an interview time, prepared for my interview and waited. Unlike the other applicant on here, I gave them 15 mins and figured I was not getting the interview I signed up for. I have heard nothing since.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Canndescent in June 2020
Interview
I received an email from Canndescent about two weeks ago asking me to schedule a day for an interview. I picked the dates I was interested in and they contacted me back to confirm a specific time and date. Between then and the interview, I spent time researching the company and comparing what Canndescent does compared to my last employer in a similar field. On the day of the interview I sat on my backporch with a list of notes ready to bring up what I felt would make me a good candidate as well as questions like, "what did you do for your employees to keep them safe during the pandemic?" The interview was supposed to start at 2:30pm and by the time it reached 2:45, I worried they weren't going to call. I went ahead and waited until 4:00 pm and never received a call or an email. The next day I received another email from Canndescent. It was the same message as before. It seemed automated. This time when it asked what times worked best for me in regards to an interview, there weren't many options so I picked what was best and moved my schedule around. I've got a few things going on at the moment that needed my attention. Moving my day around to get an interview for what I thought was a great company was definitely worth it. However, Canndescent never called. Twice, they left me sitting at my phone and never called, never emailed me and didn't respond when I emailed them saying I'd be happy to reschedule if there were any issues. I got nothing. If I hear from them again, I'm not going to waste my time. It's unfortunate but I've had horrible jobs before and if this is the first impression they're willing to allow, there's no telling what other horrible things are lurking within that company.

Question 1
I wish I had been asked a question but I wasn't. Instead, I was given two interviews and I wasn't called for either one. They left me sitting and waiting until I gave up.
