      Processus de recrutement peu professionnel. Après un premier entretien RH où l’on m’a présenté le cabinet et où j’ai exposé mon parcours, on m’a demandé de préparer un dossier de compétences/CV aux couleurs du cabinet, en m’indiquant qu’un entretien technique avec un consultant suivrait. J’ai fait le travail demandé, envoyé mes disponibilités, puis relancé. Depuis : silence complet. Demander à un candidat de produire un livrable spécifique, puis disparaître sans retour, même négatif, donne une très mauvaise image du cabinet. Le minimum serait de respecter le temps investi par les candidats et d’assurer un suivi clair.
