I applied online and then was invited for a phone interview. After a successful phone interview I was invited for an onsite interview. The first person who interviewed me was great. The second one not so good. Overall I had a good experience, but unfortunately Canopy will not promote diversity. Every group of people they hire is caucasian. They talk a lot about culture, but for them culture means a group of white people just being themselves. Very frustating seeing the amount of prejudice and racism happening in these Utaj start-ups. They truly think that people of color is not capable. Stop lying about your focus in culture.
