Was kept waiting for 5+ minutes by the receptionist who was on a personal call before she even looked at me. Ushered in to a cubicle and given a test on Word & Excel - could not concentrate due to the personal phone call going on next to me. Interview was brief and uncomfortable - "your work will be constantly reviewed, until you GET IT - can you take criticism well?

Meeting with two heads of the department for some an hour total. Talked about department within firm and each role including team members. Talked about specific metrics for the department.
