I applied online and it took about a month to get called for an interview. I was told they would notify me of their decision within 2 weeks. It has been over 2 months and have yet to hear from someone. This is a small town and rumor has it that said positions already had chosen candidates and that management was only doing interviews to go through the motions when in fact they already had their pick based on who is friends with who. I felt I was being interviewed to join a sorority and not a reputable hospital.
