I just sat down with the hiring manager and had a casual conversation about my goals, why I wanted to work here and questions about my experience. Overall the process took about 15 minuted and was told to come in the next day to start training.

you apply in person and ask to speak to a manager then he will review your application and from then you will interview with general manager, they will ask about your experience with serving, do you now anything about alcohol, how well do you know wines.
