Interview
The process was long and unorganised. The head of product reached out to me for interview and it seemed like the interview went well from his side, so I was again interviewed by 2 more designers who had a very vague test based on a website. After no answer from them I had to follow up and again they had an interview, this time there were 2 people one of them was the product manager. Both of them seemed to.be uninterested in taking interview and I could see that there were red flags, it seemed like the owner is very much involved in all the processes of the product and there expect things to be completed fast.

Interview
CapIntel interview process is very extended for no reason.
They drag you through 4 interviews which all feel the same. By asking you the same basic questions which you end up repeating yourself. The first two interviews are completely pointless.
They have very poor communication skills because you have to email them for follow up. It should not take 2 weeks for a reply.
On top of that they say the 4th interview is the final and you're finished only for the senior designer to send you a random skills test (they never mention throughout all 4 interviews) which was never reviewed by them and you're not compensated for your time.
If you ask the right questions you'll see a lot of red flags in the company.
