Interview
The interview process was thorough, multiple rounds. The final power round was 1 hour and 45mins - all virtual. I met with multiple leaders in the organization. Everyone was great and the questions were reasonable. I received great feedback on my interview. However, the role I interviewed for was deprioritized. So essentially I wasted a lot time just to be told “we want you, you were great but can’t authorize the budget for you at this time due to shifting priorities.” Super frustrating and this org should do a better job at forecasting open roles!

Phone interview, tech screen, power day (tech interview, 2 behavioral) -- decision made within a week or two which was nice. I didn't feel like I was waiting around for an answer. I also had a good amount of time to consider the offer (a few weeks).

Interviews at CapTech seem streamlined and easy to navigate. They are timely and go out of their way to work with you on scheduling. The initial screen is with a recruiter, and the one I talked to was really nice, engaging, and friendly.
