      Fast process that led up to the interview stage, series of behavioral and technical interviews, which were pretty overselling the company, as it rarely deals with issues that major. It might come across the employee that the company is very skilled and very technical at first, but actually it is a rather simple company with simple goals.

      Business case, where a project tremendously failed, which was obvious it was from extreme lack of knowledge in their management department. Other than that the interview was mostly behavioral, with a guy pretending to completely analyze you prior for my selection
