      I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CapeAbilities (Hyannis, MA)

      Interview

      30 minutes with Assistant Director, CORI required but only from Massachusetts, Got to meet individuals we support and they voted us up or down. Health insurance was great at the time! Met house manager and started relief work before being medically trained and certified! We called it shadowing another certified worker. Was expected to do CNA work without effective training nor pay.
