The Interview process consisted of a short screen, a several hour take home programming assignment, a followup interview over the take home, another technical interview, and then a quick final interview followed shortly after by an offer.
The process was a bit adhoc, but that's expected with smaller high growth companies.
The interviews and the take home project were reasonable and directly applicable to the role.
The final interview was mostly repetition of stuff from various other parts of the process with a new person, so it was a bit unnecessary.

An assistant called me to schedule a phone interview and asked me to called the CEO at a given time. CEO was very confusing about what exactly the product was and couldn't really articulate what was different between their product and Amazon Go for instance. Talked about my background and interests. Was asked for availability for a technical interview, which I gave. Never heard from this company again.
