I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Milan) in July 2014
Interview
The interview was easy, no tricky questions. First I was contacted by a technical leader, he explained me what the position was about, and asked when I was available to come to the Milan headquarters. Then I made the interview with the HR. After a couple of days, a manager called me and gave me a positive feedback asking me another final meeting to discuss the economical and other terms. Once we defined all this made a interview with the client, since the position was ad a software consultant, where the client asked some easy technical questions.
