there was 2 round of interview. 1st round was scheduled by Aricent, whereas 2nd round by the Client Company which you were supposed to work for. Technically both rounds were good enough to judge your skillsets & experience

Very good process - telephonic discussions followed by Face to Face which involved detailed discussion on prior experience and role. Initial discussion with the Recruiter followed by the Team Lead and then with Manager
