I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jan 2008
Interview
I appeared for Aricent's selection process many years back. At that time they started with a test that would check candidate's fundamentals and programming skills. They gave an option to choose programming language (C, C++ and Java are the options). For candidates that cleared the exam a technical interview was held typically having two people who interviewed followed by a HR round.
