Absolutely pathetic and disgraceful behavior from a reputed company. 24 students got selected from our college including myself and Arcient told us that 6months internship was optional so many of the selected candidates didn't opt for it. It is really shocking to say that all the candidates who got selected and didn't opt for internship didn't receive any offer letter from the company afterwards. Absolutely disgraceful and unethical behavior. I'll definitely make sure the college bans this company next year onwards so that this kind of unprofessional behavior will not be repeated!

How to check if a number is a power of 2 using bitwise operators
3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good

The interview was straightforward and easy to navigate. It focused mainly on basic programming concepts and aptitude questions. The interviewer carefully evaluated both syntax accuracy and logical thinking. Overall, it was a fundamental-level assessment designed to test core programming knowledge and problem-solving skills.
