First there are was a online test conducted at clg campus and then a round of technical and hr interview. It was a 2 days process.

It was tough and they were very picky. I didn't even get round to the interview stage and they just rejected me there and then even though I had all the experience and skills and knowledge.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Madrid)

Entrevista para el departamento de ingeniería ferroviaria. Se hizo una primera con RRHH clásica y otra con jefe de área más enfocada a conocimiento del puesto. No fue nada especialmente complicado.

Te hacen preguntas que no van relacionadas con el puesto al que aplicas, la entrevista se hace tediosa y no te dicen bien el puesto al que entraras. Tantean para que les puedes servir en caso de que el proyecto se acabe (poca confiabilidad)
