Consultant).  Technical Staff Management and Planning.  Ensure the Queue Manager function is performed within the team.  Monitor team performance and are accountable for SLA breaches within their team.  AS400: Routine System Check-up, Managing JobQs, L3 Troubleshooting, Tape management, Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and full System Backup.  Carries a positive attitude, enthusiastic and a firm believer of team work.  A versatile and hardworking person possessing excellent analytical and communication skills.  Provides support and troubleshooting of IBM iSeries (AS400) hardware and software issue.  iSeries User Access Management.  Knowledgeable on BRMS, MIMIX and ROBOT  Experience with the use of HMC (Hardware Management Console)
