Overall the hiring process was well structured and had various stages. What bugged me was the last stage which lasted for more than 3 hours.. I was interviewing with two other candidates..I was later informed that all 3 of us were rejected… I believe it is unfair if a company is so selective in the last stage. All three of us candidates had taken a full day leave from our work…it would have been better if the company had been more selective in the initial rounds so that we did not waste our time. The irony was that the coding task in the last stage was from a common Kaggle dataset. So the company does not even take the trouble of getting non public datasets to test candidates. (My rejection turned out to be a blessing in disguise for me as I later got hired in a better consulting firm with a 60% higher package)

Le processus de recrutement a été particulièrement long. Après chaque entretien, il fallait relancer les RH pour obtenir des nouvelles, parfois en attendant plusieurs semaines avant de passer à l’étape suivante. Après le dernier entretien, je n’ai reçu aucun retour, malgré mes relances. Le manque de communication et la durée excessive du processus donnent une image peu professionnelle. Je ne recommande pas cette expérience candidat.
