it was the same as any interview but i'd recommend coming in professionally, not in pajamas and it helps to have experience with people, if you were great at customer service you'll get the job... also room to move up.

Long story short it was an interrogation process. It was the most uncomfortable interview I had ever been on. They are more worried about your personality and "ability to learn" than your skills and experience. I have worked in the industry most of my life and the way they spoke to me and questioned me was extremely demeaning. They have a very "I know more than you and if you don't listen to me you will get fired" type of attitude. NO THANKS.
