I applied online. I interviewed at Capital Credit Union in Nov 2020
Interview
Easy process, and I used the online video interview, and I think it was pretty easy and smooth. I liked it a lot and we should use it in future interviews for jobs.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Credit Union (Green Bay, WI) in July 2018
Interview
The job description online was very vague. When the onsite interview began, they started with 'we know the description online is vague, but we will cover the role at the end'. They asked numerous questions, that took over an hour and then had an odd exercise of rewriting a paragraph in short words and then training how to use a stapler. I received an email a week later from someone I did not ever meet or talk to, to decline me for the job. After taking an hour to come and interview with 2 representatives, to get a decline email from someone I never met was very disappointing. Not to mention that the email it came from stated one name, but the signature was from another. Not a very personable experience unfortunately.
We are sorry that the interview process did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback since we are always looking for ways to make our members' and (current and future) employees' experiences better. We wish you luck in your job search.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capital Credit Union (Austin, TX) in June 2013
Interview
The interview process was in two parts. First I went to a branch location and the branch manager checked my cash handling skills first and asked me to dole out different amounts of money in different denominations. The second part of the interview was at the Business Office location with the HR manager and there I was asked your usual interview questions.
