It's a lengthy interview process. Several rounds with many people. My last interview had 6 people. But the interviews were normal, friendly, and the interiewers asked about experience and skills. Pretty basic. Just be friendly and open.

They asked about my experience at previous roles and how it related. They asked about how to handle difficult situations regarding skills and people interaction.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Group in Oct 2022
Interview
Interview process was seamless. Started off with a phone interview followed by three back to back webcam interviews. Lots of behavioral questions. Everyone seemed really nice and the recruiter was very responsive up until the end. Did not hear back at all after the last interview.
