I completed all four stages of their interview process only to receive a generic rejection with no specific feedback. Bear in mind that the interviews were scheduled according to U.S. time zones, meaning they took place late at night for those of us in the EU. It’s difficult to believe they take candidates seriously. Imagine going through four interview rounds — three of them technical — only to be met with a vague “We have moved on with other candidates” and no meaningful explanation. In the final stage, I met one of the company’s co-founders, who appeared unprepared for the interview and came across as arrogant. I would not recommend wasting your valuable time on this role as I unfortunately did. The interview alone is enough to indicate how unreliable and untrustworthy the company culture is likely to be. I hope they read this and take something away from it.
