Easy over the phone if you live in a different state. My recruiter was amazing, patient, and wanted to ensure I was satisfied with my pay and position. Recruiter gave me every detail I needed about the job as far as being a permanent job and when i'd be able to be considered for rolling over. He also made sure I was informed what parts the factory produce.
