The interview process was a group interview. During the beginning we more-so learned about the company. Afterwards, the interviewer asked a couple of questions about ourselves a previous work history.

Zoom meeting with other people, then they called back the next day for a one by one interview. The interview lasted 20 min and the lady say exactly the same thing, same comments, jokes etc from a different interview that I did for a different company that also says they just move from nyc to atl. It was really weird

Interview
Applied online, received email scheduling an interview for the next day within 5 minutes. Initial interview with the hiring manager, Jose, lasted 15 minutes. Invited back the next day for second rounds with an assitant marketing manager. She went over the training process and mapped out how to become an assistant director within 8-10 months. I declined the offer because the job was not what I was looking for to start my career. The job is advertised as an assistant marketing manager but is more or less door to door sales.
