Phone call first, then an in-person interview with a written essay of 5 questions. Asking what would you do scenario questions. They are very similar to other interview questions where there might not be a "right" answer but you are looking for the "best" answer.

Easy and relaxed. They wanted to get to know my experience and the recruiter was polite and helpful. I got a phone call for a prescreening interview and then I went in for a 1 on 1 interview in the office. Got the offer 1 week later.
