I applied online. I interviewed at Capitol Debate (Washington, DC)
Interview
Very easy, no big issues and very easy to get hired with basic credentials. Confusing timings, but it was okay. Overall, don't sweat it at all. Genuinely one of the easiest things ever.

Question 1
"How do you handle stressful situations in the classroom?"
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capitol Debate (Carlsbad, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview. The in-person interview was conducted at one person's desk, and then a superior came to that desk and asked questions while the first interviewer worked on his computer.
After the interview process where I performed fine, I never heard back. I emailed the original phone interviewer, and he never wrote me back. Obviously, it's incredibly unprofessional to have someone essentially go through 3 interviews with your company, and then never get back to the interviewee nor respond to an email regarding some response.

Question 1
3 different people asked me what my sales experience was.

Interview
Working for this company has been an absolute pleasure! I could tell from the interview process that the recruitment team works hard to find candidates that will fit well within our team and will feel that they are learning new skills everyday. There are three parts to this interview process: 1) Phone Screening 2) In-Person Interview 3) Skills Test and Final Interview . As long as you are true to yourself and your abilities, this will be a simple interview process. It is great that Capitol Debate invests a lot of time towards recruitment for HQ and Summer Staff.
