The interview process is typically 3 steps. You get a phone screening, a group interview with others in the department, and finally an in-person interview where you might be asked to present a mock presentation. As you already had the job, nothing too difficult.

Interview
The interview process was arduous, and the questions were unrelated to the position. During the onsite interview, many inappropriate comments were made and several references to ageism bias. Many of the male members of the interview team were antagonistic.
