It didn’t really feel like an interview. It was more of them trying to get ideas from the applicants of how they should go about this position since this position is new, and it’s never been done before. I felt like they just needed ideas from someone who was experienced like myself.

They will first check on your SPM results, during the interview, they will need to make sure you are able to speak basically two languages Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin would be advantage. I think pretty much based on your language skill and their impression on you.

I didn't have an interview since I was hired by a temp agency. There were no questions asked about my past work except what I was currently doing. There is nothing else that I can say about the interview, because I didn't really have one.
