Interview 1- meet with the on site manager. Discuss general interview questions. Schedule second interview.
Second interview- Meet owner, owner tells you about red flags like how they will go through 200 people to find 20 they want to keep. Owner presents bait on position and salary, you agree, and youre hired for a worse position making far less than discussed in interview. Do not accept.
