I was given an initial phone screen with an analyst, which focused on fit and then went on to a second round phone interview with two associates. The questions were mostly fit and they added a few technicals throughout.

None. It was a very comfortable interview. This varies person to person and their respective skill sets. Its hard to understand exactly how the platform works (compared to other IBs) and coming out of college its beneficial to understand HW role in the middle market.
