Capsule Manager interview questions

I applied online and received an email reply the next day to schedule a screening call via their scheduling platform. I scheduled the call and I spoke with the recruiter on the phone. It seemed like a good fit. I was emailed again to schedule a first interview with a hiring manager which I did. I interviewed 2 days later via zoom. Soon after I was emailed again to schedule a second interview with a another hiring manager and I again interviewed 2 days later. All the interviews are very standard, friendly and get to know the way you work. However after my second interview, I received no more updates from them. I sent a thank you email few days after and another a week later. 3 weeks have pass and they complete ghosted me. No update or anything.
