      Android Engineer Interview

      29 July 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Captions

      Interview

Recently I applied to a software engineer role and was responded to pretty quickly by Justin. After speaking with this recruiter it seemed like a proper fit and we ended the call by saying my resume would be passed along to their executive for another interview. Now I understand if the executive didn't want to speak with me for whatever reason, but if you say you're lucky to meet a candidate that understands the role as much as you mentioned you should at least let them know, especially if they ask you via email. Rejection is a part of the process but so is professionalism.
