Interview
The interview process was pretty drawn out, taking many iterations. They also were no shows or considerably late with little/no apologies several times. Seemed very disrespectful of the interviewee's time. Be sure to ask about benefits - they are horrid and you may be in for a shock if you accept a position at a compensation level and aren't aware.

Question 1
Typical interview questions you would expect for your field. Nothing out of the ordinary stands out. During the interview, it was started by several employee's how they "weed out" new hires they decide don't make the cut (it almost seemed to be a point of pride).
