CarGurus interview questions

Very engaging and open in regards to expectations for the role. Sounds like a good company culture. Flexible work hours. Recruiter was very flexible on when they could meet and felt very passionate about their role and the companies success.

In all my years of interviewing with multiple different companies across multiple different industries, I have never had as positive of an experience as I did with CarGurus. Mike Consolmagno was my recruiter and maintained frequent communication throughout the whole process. Typically there are nerves associated with hearing back from a potential employer, but Mike was quick to respond with next steps, completely eliminating that worry. All interviews were scheduled with respect to my availability and within reasonable timeframes.
