CarNow Performance Manager interview questions

I submitted an application online, received callback within about a week. Scheduled first interview, completed first interview. There was a gap of about 2 weeks to the second interview with little communication from management....first sign of problems with urgency. Received second interview. I asked during the interview what the typical interview process looked like and was told 5 interviews or so but they were really in need of someone to fill the performance manager position so expect everything to move quickly. About a week after the second interview management reached out to me to say they are scheduling a third interview (we're now at about a month since the application was submitted.....totally unacceptable for an entry level position in a red hot job market). A week comes and goes.....more excuses from management....'we need another week'.........another week comes and goes......crickets...totally ghosted!!! I received 9 other higher paying job offers in the time it took this company to waste my time! I accepted another offer the same day these clowns refused to respond.... I attempted to reach back out to them to let them know I started another job and they continued with narrative that 'another interview is coming'. Stop wasting my time CarNow! Totally unprofessional! It shouldn't take multiple weeks and rounds of interviews for a base line job.....you either want me or you don't.....no need for the fake string along...this isn't 1990 where you need 5 interviews spread over 2 months! I see this is an ongoing problem with this company from the other reviews!
