The form asked a few situation-based questions as well as questions tied to my background and how it can help in the CSR role. The phone screening was a few questions about myself and my background. In-person interview, STAR-based questions and offer post-interview.

Met at headquarters to interview with a CSR manager. Basic questions and scenarios related to customer service. If you have any experience in Customer Service this shouldn’t be a hard interview
