The interview process was very simply filling out the application. The interviewer was very informative about the position I was applying for as well as easy to converse with. I felt very comfortable sharing my experiences and looked forward to hearing from the company for a possibility of being a part of the Carsense Team!

First I had a 15 minute phone interview with a sales manager. I was then invited into the dealership for a multi-round in person interview. I met with 3 sales manager and the GSM and was given a tour of the facility. This lasted about an hour. I was told I'd hear a final answer soon, and was offered the job 2 days later.

Interview
The interview process is very professional and they make sure that they hire people with an ethical background. It says a lot about how much they care about there company
5 interviews with each of the managers, pretty casual but also time consuming. It was honestly more low pressure than I expected for a car dealer ship position. First the GM and GSM, then the Sales Manager, then the finance manager. After that a random sales associate to see how you mingle.
