Interview
After filling out the online application, I was contacted and asked to come in for an in-person interview. It was a very basic interview. The only questions I recall being asked was what my availability was and if I had any holidays booked. No scenario-based interview questions were asked.
really easy, prepare answers for different retail scenarios. such as 'describe a time when you went above and beyond for a customer' or 'how would you deal with a difficult customer' etc

Casual/ nice interviewer who was easy to get along with, could see i was anxious and understood and helped the interview be as smooth as possible would recommend to others definitely
