Take home assessment followed by 2 rounds of technical interview focused on assessment covering major concepts of DevOps including Linux, Terraform, AWS cloud services. Modifications in assessments and general budget planning for the resources used
Had an intro call with the tech lead for the role, discussed previous work and more about the role/company
Next, did a 1.5 hour interview with the entire development team. I felt the interview was very unorganized and instead of explaining what they wanted to see, tried to coax you into the answer which was very difficult without understanding the scope of the problem. Interviewer was weirdly nitpicky and interpreted certain actions very strangely, as if they wanted you to be confused.

Basically we ran through the product and discussed issues and improvements. At the time, the focus was on mobile user experience and how I would deal with hypothetical defect scenarios.
