I applied for this position online. A recruiter reached out to me via email to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview I was contacted and offer an in person interview on-site. Upon my arrival I was told that I would be meeting with one person instead of three initially scheduled. We discussed my knowledge of the company, my background, years of experience and skills and abilities. Towards the end of the interview the interviewer stated that Cardinal Health had an opening for a Team Lead position available, and she thought I'd be perfect for the position, her instructions were, "As soon as you leave, visit the website and submit an application for the Team Lead position. Once you're done, contact your recruiter and let her know that I'm recommending you to be considered for this position'. I ask, "will this disqualify me for the role I'm interviewing for', she replied no". I did as she requested. The following week I received a call from the recruiter stating, " I reached out the interviewer and she seemed confused, and didn't know what you were talking about., and they've decided not to accept you for this position". I asked, which position? She responded either. With 19 years of expertise I requested $21 an hour the recruiter then offered me a position paying $17, I declined. The recruiter completely wasted my time by urging me to keep applying. Pretty poor and shady recruitment policies. I've corresponded with many individuals who were told several different stories regarding wages of this position. I guess experience/knowledge isn't what this company is looking for. Personally a friend of mine applied for the same position, with 2 years of experience and offered the job for $19 per hour.
