Was called for an interview over the phone with an HR recruiter. The caller was on time and personable. Described the job responsibilites in detail. Also discussed the benefits offered by the company.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (North Chicago, IL) in July 2009
Interview
Three round process. First level is hiring manager and understands the position. Second round director wants to be buttered up and hear their own voice or you stroking their ego. Third is the HR jerk negotiating salary for a job they budget and don't care about qualifications or experience.
