Interviewed after a week in application process. Recruiter was transparent about the position and shared insights into the responsibilities beyond the job description. Follow up and scheduling was easy. Interviewers we’re prepared with questions and did well to get to know me.

Interview
The interview process was thorough, thoughtful, and well-structured. It consisted of three rounds, beginning with an initial conversation with a team lead, followed by a second round with potential team members, and concluding with a final interview with senior leadership. Each stage was conversational and gave me the opportunity to both share my experience and learn more about the team dynamics, expectations, and overall company culture.
Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, and I felt well-informed at each step. The team created a welcoming and professional environment, and it was evident that they place a strong emphasis on collaboration and fit. Overall, the process felt intentional and gave a well-rounded view of the role and the organization.

Interview
The interview process was disappointing. I first met with a recruiter about the position and I walked away feeling like she knew nothing about me. She talked extremely fast and I was unable to process anything she had said. I moved forward in the next stage where I met with the hiring manager and she did not have anything good to say about the company. She couldn't even describe the culture to me and how the team interacts which is troubling. The recruiter and hiring manager should have great things to say about the organization they work for, and after I left the interview I felt that there was no way I could confidently join this company. There seems to be a concerning amount of turnover, and no one seems to be happy about the work environment.
Overall, the process was not great and I left feeling very concerned and disappointed about the company.
